ARTS & CRAFTS VILLAGE ABUJA
I got this photos from one of my favourite blogger who was in Abuja few weekends ago and visited the Arts & Crafts Village ... Its so amazing how these are all handmade from scratch... I especially love d crocodile skin bag and was told that the men responsible for making these bags actually buy the crocodile skin from traders in Benin republic, dry the skin then make the bags, so cool! They cos price is 6,000 Naira (£25/$40) sure after much bargains, but surely will be more expensive in high end stores lol.
The print on these briefcases appear to be a local Hausa fabric, but it reminds me so much of the Navajo print
